Senior React Developer

Creditas Digital Factory is the digital arm of Creditas, a Czech bank. It builds the internet banking that retail customers open every day to move real money, so a bad release is not an inconvenience, it is a support queue and a dent in trust. I joined the frontend team to ship features in a codebase past 100,000 lines, and spent as much energy on the older parts nobody owned as on the new ones.

OAK'S LAB is a product studio that builds software for startups and enterprises. For a year and a half I worked with an international team on Nasdaq Private Market, owning features from requirements to production and demoing them to executives every sprint. I then moved onto NXT, a hiring platform built by two engineers on the studio's own platform base.

Datamole
Software Engineer

Datamole builds data and software systems for science and industry. My work sat between a physical high-throughput screening reactor and the scientists running experiments on it. For three years I was the main frontend engineer on the web application that configures the device, schedules runs and draws the data it streams while an experiment is still in progress. In between, I started a second product from an empty repository.

IPEX is a Czech telecom operator that sells fixed lines, mobile services, SIP and PBX through wholesale partners. Those partners place orders, settle billing, read usage statistics and raise tickets in the B2B portal my team built. I led the frontend side of it, set the conventions its modules share, and put automated tests around the flows partners could not afford to have broken.
Where it started
Two earlier roles without a case study of their own. They are the reason the rest of this page exists: the first one taught me how a team ships, the second one moved me from Java to React.

Junior Full-stack Developer
Simplity is a Brno software and data consultancy. On a short contract during my master's I built a plugin management portal for ERSTE Group, React on the front, Java and PostgreSQL behind it. That was the project where React stopped being a side interest and became the thing I wanted to do properly.

IBA CZ builds enterprise portal applications for corporate and public-sector clients. I wrote Java portlets there on a Liferay stack while still at university, and learned what a code review, a release branch and a ticket queue actually are.
